Trackrental.com brings together renters with landlords in Saratoga Springs, NY. Renters can search the website to find the home(s) that would best suite their needs for the track season. Landlords can list their homes for FREE. Then Trackrental LLC will finalize the terms and conditions when a lease agreement has been reached.

One week is the minimum rental period. Usually Sunday-Sunday or Tuesday (Dark Day) to Tuesday for weekly rentals.

Then write up all lease agreements and send them to the renter. The renter signs and sends back to Trackrental with deposit check. Landlord signs the agreements. Full executed lease agreement is sent to the renter. Final details are arranged between renter and landlord.
